Why can't Fiji have parties in their house? I've heard about this on numerous threads.

Racked up a lot of hazing or drinking violations (not entirely sure which), so Fiji nationals put the chapter on sort of a social probation. They're not allowed to host parties or mixers in their house, and have to use their annex or join 4,6,or 8 ways at other houses. Not as big of a deal as it sounds. It hasn't impacted their mixing schedule too much and they consistently bring a ton of energy / hype to events
