Even with the decline of their mixing schedule they do well enough to remain in upper imo. If they stop mixing with core four entirely then they'd definitely drop to middle.

Yeah, but it's more than just their declining mixing schedule. It's their lack of effort in every facet. Even their last pc was mediocre (relative to those past). I don't want to sound like a jerk, but they really have stopped caring and it's reflecting in everything they do, especially in attracting upper-tier caliber dudes

tbh i've never heard a good thing about a zbt party or mixer. idk maybe the brothers are cool enough to make up for that

ZBT is so overrated. Many of the guys are super arrogant and besides mixing with sdt, their mixing schedule is on par with pi kapp's. They're still a decent frat, but shouldn't be associated with fiji or chi psi

Similar to the DX debate, the argument can be made that Sig Nu is better than Chi Phi b/c they actually try at their events. For one, Sig Nu has secured mixers with Alpha Phi as well as philanthropy events with Kappa. They also brought the Yin Yang Twins to campus and have been the place to be on Slope Day and Halloween. Chi Phi is a good frat, but they haven't quite put in the same effort that Sig Nu has the last year or so.

Agreed. Not sure how they somehow got up so fast considering their highlights are mixing with KD a lot...
