Clearly you're in a low tier frat. Fiji does not mix with core four, doesn't mix with any of the frats in upper, can't throw parties at their house, has one philantrophy event that isn't cosponsored with a sorority, and isn't relevant on big events. It's not rocket science, they aren't underrated. They are in middle because they belong there.
