freshmen spring admit rush

I know spring admits are supposed to wait until fall but I figured this is a good way to make friends. Anyways I was wondering since I don't know anyone if I should rush a lot of frats (since I don't know any of them) or just a few so I can focus getting to the brothers there.

its not that you're "supposed" to wait, you're literally not allowed to rush as a spring admit, like bids aren't allowed to be given to spring admits
