literallly read through any of the lists and there's like seven different reasons that DX is ranked where it is: poor brotherhood, mixing with only mid sororitys, terrible parties, lack of effort in all events, pretentious vibes, relying solely on reputation for recruitment, lack of presence on important days such as homecoming, Halloween, and slopeday, ...

DX is still a top-tier house - just ask any core four sorority who their favorite house to mix with is. I think they’ve had problem with probation recently, but are still rushing some top kids. You know if youre going to rush dx before rush week - its a fairly self-selecting frat

Clearly this guy has no knowledge of greek life at Cornell if he thinks the core four even finds DX relevant. DX had one mixer with APhi and Kappa during wet week, and this semester they only had mixers with Kappa. They've fallen off and DX has no grip on any of the core four. DG is tied with AD, APhi is with Sig Phi, DU is with Theta and Sig Chi is with Kappa. That's how it is and how it's been.

dx has mixed with theta multiple times this year, and half of the house are sweethearts there (and they've definitely mixed with alpha phi and kappa few times too). looking at it from a girl's perspective, we would rather mix with delta chi than any of your other creepy houses.
