Now that people realize that DX's reputation is completely outdated and they mix on par with phi tau, it's not out of question for someone to prefer Pi kapp that does a decent job at everything over Dx

Listen to this instead of DX that'll tell you in smokers that they're still "one of the best houses on campus"

Going to houses in person is important, but you need to know that smokers can be extremely fake and brothers will say just about anything to convivnce you their frat is sick. This list is a good thing to consider b/c it accurately ranks houses mostly by mixer and party quality, which is commonly lied about during rush. Go to DX during rush and they'll probably say "we mainly mix with theta." Again, go to houses and join based on who you vibe with, but also consider this site as it cuts through most of the lies brothers tell about their social relations and quality

I’ve already said it once, I’ll say it again: just because some top tiers organize an 8-way at your house, it doesn’t mean you’re that much better, phi psi. Personally, I don’t know a single brother from that fraternity and I see no campus presence other than aforementioned parties.
While I’m no fan of dx either, shiz you’re pullin here is getting annoying
