tbf, does fiji even deserve on this list? it's the only house on this list that doesn't mix with core four, they can't throw parties at their house, they don't do 4,6, or 8 ways with any of the other frats on this list, and they take classes filled with top 9 rejects. i guess they are moreso used as a reference to show how close dx is to middle.

This NEEDS to be finalized. Both Chi Phi and Sig Nu are more relevant than DX at this point. They both throw better opens/parties, have better sorority relations, and actually put some effort into having a sustainable reputation. It's the end of DX being labeled as a top frat and riding on old reputation.
