How are these frats even ranked? There seems to be hundreds of these lists, most the same with a few changes here and there.

Is it just based on how they mix with top sororities or what?

I mean it’s obviously all about where you fit in but the ranking is generally in terms of looks, overall popularity, mixing schedule, social events, and general vibe of the brotherhood. Top ranked doesn’t necessarily mean it’s better, just that it performs better and all the things listed. But like houses in the same tier come down to a matter of preference. Like the difference between AD and Sig chi in terms of ranking is basically zero, but the brotherhoods are very different. Hope this helps

It's basically these middle tier fraternities trying to one up each other. Notice how the top rarely changes in these. I would say its mainly Chi Psi (middle) and Llenroc (lower) trying to one up middle houses.
