Basically this is based off how the houses are perceived during rush. Core four is core four, but they're spilt up do to desirability during rush. The next three are interchangeable in many ways because they all attract different girls. KD had to give out snap bids last year, while AXO showed improvement and have a new house boosting their appeal. AZD has been on suspension. and already had to give out snap bids last year, so they're going to have to work hard to counteract that image this year. PSS needs to find more cohesion.

They can't be ranked as well as kd and axo when their bread and butter is mixing with sig ep. That's a bad strategy and they're ranked with pss b/c of that, regardless of the suspension.
