Phi tau > phi sig. less creepy, less sketch, more attractive. Phi tau and lllenroc are on par and v similar

Less sketch sure, but not more attractive. Phi sig is a better house than phi tau and has a really strong alumni base. They're both middle tier though, so at the end of the day, phi sig is only marginally better.
