Chi Psi literally only occasional will mix with core four in the context of 6-ways where the other frats are significantly higher and pulling for them just to use their house. As soon as their pre-getting kicked off rep dies off they'll have absolutely nothing.

Fiji mixes well and the brothers are cooler, you are not better than Fiji, period.

Fiji's brothers are cool and a good number of them are actually very attractive. Chi Psi isn't even good-looking, in addition to being incredibly lame
