realistic rankings based off of social schedules

Top Tier: Sig Chi/AD/Sig Phi
Everyone knows these are the top three. They mix with Core 4 almost exclusively and always have top parties. Date nights are mostly from these three.

Upper Tier: DU/Sig Pi/DX
For anyone saying Phi Psi although on the rise, should be in the group look at the major campus events over the last 2 years. Sig Pi/DU usually fight for the last Core 4/night of the week for major events(think Halloween, Slope Day). DU got the last Core four for Homecoming this year, Sig Pi had Kappa for Slope day last year. DU mixes with Aphi all the time Sig Pi mixes with DG a lot. DX is fairly spread out but has great relations. All three usually get all 4 of the Core 4 for wet week which isn't true for those below.

Next up:
Phi Psi- definitely up and coming, but throw a lot of opens and ask the above frats to mix a lot to bring in Core 4. Don't get Core 4 for major events but mix with them throughout the year a decent amount with that amount increasing.
Chi Phi- definitely below Phi Psi on the list but I guess they are up next get a few good parties and mixers throughout the year. No major events.
