reevaluating top tier frats

1) AD / Sig Phi
Presence on campus is undeniable. These guys and sig chi/DU (to a slightly lesser extent) really run the show. Both houses are generally well liked by girls and other frats but are each uniquely douchey. Sig phi surely is a bit soft and alpha delt pretentious and metro, but these are the top houses now.

2) Sig Chi / DU
Two great houses but tbh Sig Chi has been riding on a historical reputation as "the top house" for the last couple years. certain groups of girls love them but they don't have great relationships with other top houses. DU has a similar vibe but is well liked by other frats and girls alike.

3) Sig Pi / DX / Phi Psi
I always see DX thrown around with DU and I've never understood why. No connections really to other top houses. The guys I know are nice and cute and I hear other girls like them but I honestly don't know anyone who goes there regularly. Sig Pi and Phi Psi both have decent guys but i dont hang here often
