Am I at a significant disadvantage? Techmichaly I'll be a junior, but I'll stay at Cornell for 3 years instead of 2 for various reasons...

As long as u tell them ur staying at cornell for 3 years you'll be fine, maybe since youre staying for 3 years anyway just say you are a sophomore
