Explanation:
Top houses, I mean pretty self explanatory, their presence on campus is undeniable.
Fiji and Lambda below Chi Psi. The reason for this, Sigma Nu will be having several mixers with Chi Psi for this fall semester, and Chi Psi's mixer schedule is much better than Fiji's and Lambda. They just had a mixer with Alpha Phi, Sigma Phi, DU, and Kappa. Fiji is unable to host parties at their house really hurts them, and the fact that Lambda got suspended for a year and will be unable to recruit a spring class, not go to any mixers, or host any parties severely hurts them. And besides, Chi Psi's house is much better than both Fiji and Lambda's.
And before any of you said I'm in Chi Psi, I'm actually in Sigma Phi.

I hope you realize that whether your house is big and if you're able to mix with core four sororities at 7 ways who wouldn't normally mix with you one on one doesn't make you a good house. The main factor that determines if one house is better than another is the brotherhood. If we're talking brotherhood coolness, closeness, and attractiveness, chi psi isn't even in the conversation.
