new house in 2013-14?

Can anyone confirm this? Some people are saying there will be a new house at Cornell next year.

They've been talking about this for the past 3 years. I know they wanted to see how Phi Sigma Sigma did. I'm pretty sure they will be adding one in the next year or two. I heard they want to bring Delta Zeta or Chi Omega.

There is interest expressed by both sides (Cornell Panhellenic and National Chapters) but there isn't commitment from either as of yet.

At this point, they are in talks, but anything could happen.
