what are the personalities of the sororities?

I keep seeing rankings, but then in the comments below everyone says that within each ranking, each house has a different personality/vibe. Can someone break down the vibe, personality, and reputation/stereotype of each house?
Also, on an unrelated note, do sororities take transfers, or are they not generally into that?

the most prominent personality as evidence by this website is definitely Kappa!! they have a deep seated delusion that they are relevant & are somehow equal to THETA AND ALPHA PHI even though every single supported ranking and campus concensus puts them below both of these TOP HOUSES!
