What's up with Chi Psi's house? I heard the reason they weren't using it is because of renovations, but will it be ready next semester?

Yes all of the current brothers are moving into the house in the fall. Can't currently use it because of rennovatuons

supposedly they're having a reopening party right after o week, which must mean their renovations will be done
