updated 2017 frat rankings

Rankings are BS but we go to a school where people care about rankings. This is imo how most people view fraternities

TOP(Mixes with basically only Core 4 and tend to have the best/hardest to get into parties):
Sig Phi/Alpha Delt/Sig Chi

UPPER(Mixes mainly with Core 4, but also mix with other sororities. Tend to have fun/wild parties that are still hard to get into but less so than those above):
DU/DX
Sig Pi/Phi Psi

UPPER MIDDLE(Have the most diverse mixing schedules and tend to have equally fun parties as the upper tier, but they are more "open." These houses tend to be a lot more grounded and chill than the Upper and Top tier)
Sig Nu/Chi Phi
Fiji/Lambda

MIDDLE(Mixes with a wide range of sororities but only occasionally/rarely with the Core 4. Parties can be a mixed bag and tend to mainly be filled with freshman):
ZBT/Phi Sig/Chi Psi
Pike/Llenroc/Pi Kapp

LOWER MIDDLE(The last "tier" that mixes regularly but rarely/never mixes with Core 4. The parties are similar to the Middle Tier, but are less strict to get into. These houses are the most volatile in terms of sorority relations, popularity, and "ranking"):

Kappa Sig/Sig Ep/Phi Delt/AGR


LOWER(Fewer mixers than the tiers above and parties tend to have mediocre to poor attendance):
Zeta Psi/AEPi

Irrelevant(Don't tend to have good attendance at open parties and mix very rarely):

Beta/Dtd/Acacia
Kdr/Kappa Alpha
