2017 final frat rankings

Pike is too high. And Chi Psi wtf, they are not as good as lambda lmfao

Why is Lambda always ranked so high? Who likes Lambda?

Literally no one likes lambda.. even if chi psi isn't that popular, chi psi is higher than lambda...

Terrible Rankings

1st off, Sig Chi over Sig Phi? when Sig Chi didn't even mix with anybody on slope day and had a terrible wet week.
DX on the same level as Alpha Delt? Not only are they on probation but the have barely had any quality mixers over the semester and they have started to mix consistently with AEPhi and Pi Phi.

Phi Psi is definitely above DU, and only barely above Sig Pi. DU being on probation hurts them a lot, not to mention their feuds with both Sig Chi and Sig Pi this semester. Phi Psi pushing themselves into the 8 and 9 way mixers have helped them move up though.

As for Upper Middle, this is definitely a throw up. I personally find Chi Psi to be above Lambda. Now before you scream, STFU CHI PSI PLEDGE. First off, I'm not in a frat. My reasoning is behind the fact that despite Chi Psi not having their house, they have still managed to mix with APhi, Kappa, and SDT consistently, even though it has been at the soccer house. While Chi Psi's PC class was weak, when they get their house back and recruit the 10 projected athletes in the fall, they will return to being the top meathead frat they once were (keep in mind they already have 5 underground athletic rushes).

Fiji had a decent class, but I put Phi Sig only barely above them because of Phi Sig's mixers.

The bottom is meh, u can't really rank frats that dont mix and only have open parties. Kappa Alpha isn't even on campus they are dormant, and can we really consider Seal & Serpent a frat when its ROTC?

Also, I will be creating an in depth ranking system that will take everything into account as well as in depth descriptions, but right now im studying for finals lmao.

Sig chi will always top sig phi. Always.
DX is kind of in a league of their own just bc they don't care. Stop making fun that they mix with aephi and pi phi. So what? They can mix with whoever they want bc they're cool and not obsessed with rankings.
Phi psi has fun parties and darties. Same with sig pi. I think the general consensus is that phi psi is now better than DU... who even is in DU's new PC? They are falling.
It's a generally known thing that people do not like lambda anymore. No matter how fun their parties might be, they are disliked across campus by both frats and sororities.
Chi psi has actually done a pretty good job... they got some weird guys but they got some good ones, and no matter what people say about them, girls like them and that's the truth.
I would personally say that Llenroc should be moved up. They are a very respected house and I've never met someone who disliked them. They're kinda like DX. Nice and chill guys.
Sig nu and Chi Phi are both strong houses.
AGR should be moved up. They have some cool guys and just do their own thing.

AGR is def lower than the rest of the "lower" houses

Nobody likes Chi Psi, have fun next year when your mixer schedule is significantly worse than this year's because you're not new on campus anymore
