Incoming transfer here also, I'm pretty sure all frats have to do fall rush.

So thats what I thought too. But apparently not all are participating in Fall Rush this year... from what I've heard from Cornell people

Not all frats, only 25 are doing fall rush. Some notable ones who are NOT are Alpha Delt, Phi Psi, and Sig Phi.
