with 35+ frats, is a bid definite?

Rushing this fall, Coming from a different school, you guys have soo many frats (mine only had 10). To people who have rushed, you're almost certain to get a bid from one if your rush enough frats right? Unless you're insane or something

You're pretty much guaranteed a bid somewhere if you play your cards right during rush week.
