updated frat ranks 2017

Top Tier
1. Sig Chi (solid class, seem to preserve legacy upper class)
2. Sig Phi (typical wealth, soft but they're still top)
3. Alpha Delt (a little weird this year)
4. Delta Chi (heard some mixed things, but solid)

Upper Tier
5. Phi Psi (athletic class, fun, a little try hard)
6. DU (heard they made girls uncomfortable at mixers. ok but suspended?)
7. Sig Pi (some awesome guys, some eh, big class)
8. Chi Phi (not as meat heady this year, I like them)

Upper Middle
9. Sig Nu (Good mix of football and normal. heard great things)
10. Fiji (try to be douchebags)
11. Phi Sig (Solid class, not stereotypical fratster but great guys)
12. Lambda (really like them but suspended, some cool some creeps)

Middle
13. Chi Psi (better than fall but nah lol)
14. Pi Kapp (heard they're on the rise)
15. ZBT (mixer sucked, creeps)
16. PIKE (wasn't cool in high school type of guy, ok i guess. suspended)

Lower Middle
16. PIKE (lol)
17. Llenroc

Other than Pi Kapp being too high this list isn't too bad actually. I'd say Lambda over Phi Sig even with the suspension, Pi Kapp behind Pike, and this is pretty much on the money

This site is my life. Don't deviate too much from the established trend. Chi Phi upper? Give me a break they are the Acacia of top houses. I will not stand for this.
