So everyone seems to be giving Sig Phi a "+" and Sig Chi a "0". Does that mean that Sig Phi did a lot better during rush and they're now on the same level as Sig Chi? Also same with DChi and ADelt, everyone is giving DX a "+" and Adelt a "-". Apparently DX did really really well with their new PC and Adelt did pretty poorly so are they on the same level now too? It seems like there's no question DU and Sig Pi did pretty poorly and dropped a little bit too
