My frat's in the "upper" tier so we get a decent range. If you're talking about how hard the girls go I'd say Tridelt, Dg, and Kappa are probably the most fun. Alpha phi has pretty chicks but they're not great to talk to, Theta's not much of a party house but has cool girls. SDT doesn't do much, I don't know much about Pi phi.
