sigma phi

So why is sigma phi considered a top frat?? In my experience (freshman girl), they have been very boring/average guys who are decent looking. They just seem preppy and are generally uninteresting. Sig chi is a lot more fun but this site says otherwise??

BUMP. The definition of sig phi is a guy who gets in a fight, loses miserably, cries because he got dirt on his vineyard vines vest, then says "my dad will sue you!"

Everyone knows the only reason sig phi is a "top frat" is because they're rich lol
