I think this pretty much captures it. Except potentially Sig Nu above Chi Phi but in all honesty neither are really Upper houses yet if we're considering phi psi and sig pi upper houses.

The thing is, there is a huge gap between sig nu/chi phi and FIJI/lambda. so this is why they belong in upper. and maybe throw Chi psi in upper middle as well

I don't know about that huge gap. Chi Phi, Lambda, and Sig Nu all mix pretty much the same. Sig Nu also didn't get an outstanding PC. Fiji definitely gets a lot of rushes that are cut by the other 3 houses.
Chi Phu, Lambda, Sig Nu > Fiji

I am in one of those three houses (chi phi, sig nu, lambda) and every kid that we cut goes to FIJI
