1. TOP: Sigma Chi (0) ... Sigma Phi (↑) ... Alpha Delt (↓) ... DX (↑) ... DU (↑)
Sig Chi got an alright PC, but the only thing worth noting is that it's better than their sophomores. As a house, they're probably still on the decline and they need to watch out for Sig Phi, who did pretty well this year along with DX and DU. The most notable standout is Alpha Delt, who are reeling after Sig Phi stole a ton of their bids. They're in a difficult position as a result, and are at risk of falling.

2. UPPER MIDDLE: Phi Psi (↑) ... Sigma Pi (↓) ... Chi Phi (0) ... Sig Nu (↑)
Phi Psi got a huge class, with some solid kids. With that, they have officially surpassed Sigma Pi, who had a pretty bad year. Sigma Pi took a really big class with a lot of weirdos. Chi Phi didn't do much, but Sig Nu performed better than in years' past, so they're closing in on Chi Phi.

3. MIDDLE: Lambda (0) ... FIJI (↑) ... Pike (↑) ... Chi Psi (0) ... ZBT (↑) ... Pi Kapp (↑) ... Phi Sig (↓)
Lambda did OK but not as well as FIJI. Pike had a solid year as well, solidifying them and FIJI as two of the three best middle tier houses. Chi Psi continued the bad momentum from the Fall by taking more weird kids and at this point, their brotherhood is just odd. However, they do have cool seniors and a few diamonds in the rough, meaning there's potential for growth. Right now, they are a subpar house. ZBT and Pi Kapp both did well this year, beating out their main competition Phi Sig.
