Still not accurate. Chi psi mixes a ton with tri delt and mixed with theta, etc. they have some really cool guys and some weird ones. It's a mix. A lot of them are transfers from the fall. Sig pi sucks. Lambda sucks even more and should not be on this list. Phi psi is great.

Chi psi is miles better than ZBT and lambda AND Fiji. They are not a top house and middle tier at best. But WAY better than those three frats.
