Dear Panhellenic Community,

We are so excited to introduce over 600 women to the Panhellenic Community this spring semester. As Formal Recruitment has come to an end, we are reflecting on the immense progress we have made over the course of the last year in making our Formal Recruitment Process more inclusive, accepting, and stress-free for all Potential New Members and Chapter members.

Over 800 women participated in recruitment, and we had the highest recruitment retention rate in the last 5 years. The introduction of Go Greek T-shirts for the first round of recruitment was met with much praise, as many Potential New Members commented that this took the focus off attire and allowed them to feel comfortable throughout the process.

We cannot wait for an incredible New Member Period to start, where women will bond with their new sisters, learn about the Tri-Council community, and experience both personal and intellectual growth.
