contacts?
by: pnmI am going thru rush rn and was wondering about the contact periods. I know different houses have different rush situations, but how many people usually make it through the contact periods and how many bids are usually given out at the end? Just wondered if anyone had any approx. numbers as to how many people that make it past each contact will end up getting a bid. Thx

1st contact- you don't totally suck
- probably 60-70% of people get first contact
2nd contact - frat is considering you pretty seriously
- maybe 30% of people get 2nd contact

most frats take pledge classes of about 20 +/- 5
of course, all of this depends on size of house and selectivity
