^^ This is pretty accurate in terms of how competitive it was to get in the sorority, how much frats want to mix with you, and status on campus.

because their PC this year isn't nearly as good-looking, and don't make up for it much in personality either. their juniors and seniors are still great in my opinion, but their pledge class this year is a clear downgrade. I think a lot of the girls who wanted pi phi got cut near the beginning, while girls who weren't as enthusiastic about them ended up pref rounding, which messed them up this year.

out of the middle tiers KD objectively did "best" (i.e. they rushed first) but they're also historically really bad/lower tier so it doesn't matter... probably just a fluke.

These are the rankings more or less. They change year to year depending on how good/poor each pledge class is. Going through rush it's honestly difficult to tell which houses are "upper" or "lower" tier. Keep an open mind and you'll definitely find the right house for you.
