where does chi psi stand?

I plan on rushing in a couple days and I was wondering where Chi Psi stands socially? I have had the chance to check out most of the other houses, so I at least have a basic understanding of where different houses are in terms of social reputation, but have never checked out/heard anything about Chi Psi other than the fact that they are back on campus after being kicked off. Trying to narrow down a list, so any insight would help.

It's safe to remove them from your list. I'm saying this as nicely as I can, nothing against chi psi.

I'm an alumni, several years out. Do not listen to the crap on this site. Chi Psi used to be a top frat and will be again. awesome house, awesome location. Was lax and football house, good relations with DU, and top stats. Chill guys. A little fratty, but fun. If I were a pnm I'd want to be in on ground floor of rebuilding a great frat. Get your friends together and make it great again!
