outfits?

Hi so I'm rushing very soon and I have some questions about what to wear.
I have a really cute pair of pasties, do you think these count as 'snappy casual'?
I also have heelys and I think it would make it easier for me to traverse from house to house. They also have light up laces which I think are a fun add on.
As for accessories I have my moms old corsage from the 80s that I think would go great for round one with my bat mitzvah dress. Please comment below thank you
