meet the greeks for frats?

Is it required to go to meet the Greeks for frat rush? I might not get to campus on time for that??

completely not required, but if you don't have a couple houses where you've already met a lot of the brothers the earlier you start the better. Keep in mind they'll be parties where many rushes will be meeting new houses the night of meet the greeks

I didn't go when I was rushing and didn't really regret it but it's probably helpful if you're interested in a house that you don't know anyone in. I mean it can't hurt if you're on campus but if you miss it it's not a big deal.
