best fraternity to rush?
by: tbhoverall best fraternity to rush? not that being a top house or best looking doesn't matter, i want opinions based on other stuff too, like leadership on campus, friendliest, into philanthropy, and most welcoming to guys from different backgrounds

only top if you like guys who don't care about ranks and are invested purely in their brotherhood. great mixers but will never be tops until they start getting more WASPY
