are chi phi and lamda friends?

Just curious, because they are right next to each other and I am interested in rushing both.

from what it seems lambda feels like they are competing with Chi Phi so there is a bit of a fued. But chi phi seems like they couldn't care less. Which is warranted since Lambda is nothing special.

Some kid in Lambda told me they have a feud and they fight. He seemed like he was just saying that to make himself appear brolic.
