kappa has historically been part of the "core four" which are the top 4 houses on campus. alpha phi, theta, and dg are solidly top houses but kappa has changed a lot in recent years so some people think it isn't a top house anymore. realistically, i don't think anyone in kappa or tridelt is competing to be top. i personally think they're on the same level and are incredibly different houses, so they're hard to compare.
