thoughts on sig ep?

I see sig ep fluctuating between middle and middle upper tiers a lot in this forum. what are your actual thoughts on them?

Sig Ep is one of the bottom 10 houses on campus. It's not low key like some other houses but for how ridiculously poorly-regarded and disliked the house is, Sig Ep's sitting firmly at bottom middle tier. Especially with their awful PC 16
