Don't have a favorite house going in based solely on reputation and rumor. DO use your brain and common sense...if the girls seem fake and disinterested, believe it. If the girls seem genuine and approachable, they probably are. Trying to get into a house, just to be able to say you're in it, never turns out well. This could be the beginning of the best years with true friends, or you could end up miserable. Trust your gut! If you let the process work you'll be fine.

if a house cuts you, it's for a reason. they know who will and won't fit in the house better than you do. everything happens for a reason and you will end up in the place you're meant to be. that being said, some great girls slip through the cracks for no reason, and that's no indication of your self worth
