19. Phi Tau
20. Kappa Sig

25. Thumpty
26. DTD
27. Rockledge
28. Beta
29. ACACIA
30. KDR
31. Seal and Serpent
- Top 10 houses are give or take the consensus on campus. Some people might swap some houses a rank or two, but it does not really matter too much. (After Sig Nu, Core 4 won't mix more than once a semester)
- FIJI has really taken a hit and I don't see them on par with Sig Nu and Lambda anymore
- Sig Ep and Phi Sig have pretty much been in the middle for a long time
- After Phi Tau, these fraternities don't have consistent mixers with sororities
1. DG
2. Theta
3. Alpha Phi
4. Kappa
5. Tri Delt
6. SDT
7. Pi Phi
8. AEPhi
9. KD
10. AXO
11. AZD
12. Phi Sig
13. Phi Mu
- Core 4 mixes exclusively with top houses
- Theta and DG can swap depending on how you see it
- Tri Delta has fun girls, but they mix all over the place. Depends on how you would rank them, but based on my superficial criteria, Kappa wins out. However, if you are looking at campus involvement and niceness/socialness, Tri Delt wins out
- Top houses probably won't mix after Pi Phi and Upper Middle Houses won't mix with anything after AXO consistently
Give or take, thats how I see the houses based on social preference. Changes completely based on what you value.

alpha phi mixes outside the "top" fraternities, they at least definitely mix with sig pi and phi psi all the time. that's not necessarily a bad thing, but that description is misleading.
none of the sororities mix only with 4/5 houses, the less varied your schedule is, the more boring mixers become.
