The main thing to note here is how Phi Psi is now on the same level as Sig Pi, even though the rest of these rankings reflect the same general levels they did when the 2016 PCs joined their houses. Sig Chi is undoubtedly top, with Sig Phi and Alpha Delt a close second and third (the same it's been since last year). DX still edges out DU, but both have clearly proved themselves above Phi Psi and Sig Pi. The only real change is that Phi Psi's parties this year have been better than last and put them on par with Sig Pi. Not much is going to change until new PCs join these houses. For the most part, the top 5 mix exclusively with core 4, with Pi Phi and SDT tossed in their once or twice a semester. The houses below that rely on sororities outside of core 4. Each of the top 5 and Sig Pi have crews within each core 4 that you can always count on being at those houses every weekend too.
