Move Sig Nu up with Lambda and Fiji, Sig Pi down with Chi Phi and Phi Psi, and Sig Ep + Pi Kapp down and this is pretty much it

There is no way Sigma Nu is on the same level as Lambda Chi and FIJI. SN must be in denial your rep has been slipping for years and you are upper bottom tier. Lambda Chi should actually be moved into the top tier.
