Top Tier:
DG>Theta>Alpha Phi>Kappa
Theta is no longer on top people!! You could easily believe half their sisters are in AXO, but you can always spot a Deeg. Alpha Phi is on the come up and Kappa is not.

Upper Middle Tier:
Pi Phi=SDT=Tri Delt
Basically interchangeable besides Pi Phi's lower frat relations. These three are def set apart from the rest of the middle, which is obvious from their social schedules.

Middle Tier:
KD=AEPhi=AXO=AZD
AEPhi has a very diverse and not cohesive vibe. Too many dissimilar groups of people are taken there for them to rise. Azd did a great spring rush and could move up to surpass AXO.

Lower Tier:
Phi Sig Sig>Phi Mu
Hard to get stuck down here for every ranking. But hopefully with Phi Mu getting a house for next year they'll have some room to wiggle upwards.
