1. Sig Chi/Sig Phi/Alpha Delt/DU - DU is solidly more popular and fun than the frats you grouped them with originally.
2. DX/Sig Pi
3. Psi U - DX and Sig Pi are solidly more involved, popular and enjoyable than Psi U. Being "exclusive" AKA only taking 5 people based completely on wealth doesn't make them a good frat. They're not attractive, girls think they're skeezy, and they aren't social. Just being rich alone does not put them on par with the top houses anymore.

Girls are creeped out by psi u--there are plenty of men at cornell with wealthy families that do not act like those guys...and they don't discuss their wealth.
