Why do so many girls from Phi Mu drop out after a semester?

I don't think it really has to do as much with Phi Mu itself as it has to do with the fact that their nationals is still not letting them be selective. Some girls probably joined to try out sorority life and just realized that Greek Life wasn't meant for them in general.
