AEPi bombed rush and had to scramble for pledges during informal rush, put them lower

Don't know why people don't keep that in mind. Many of the lower and bottom tier fraternities went into second round rush. You gotta bump them down if they do. Shows a lot about house reputation if the house can't even get a decent pledge class when everyone else can.

Accurate with a few exceptions
Fraternities:
-Move Sig Pi down in between DX/DU and PhiPsi/ChiPhi
-Move Pike down with Phi Sig/Sig EP/etc......
Sororities:
-Move Kappa down to par with Tridelt
-Move AZD down to par with PSS
