lambda chi guys are a hidden gem of the upper middle tier. These guys tend to think highly of themselves ( not in a bad way-- more like the recognize their rightful worth). On the richer end of things and were probably one bid away from a top tier frat. They are the "sig chi's" of the middle tier of frats.
Fiji guys are pretty chill and laid back ( by comparison). new pc is pretty solid. fit the chill guy vibe. all the guys in this house are very sweet.
Pike guys are more of you traditional "frat" guys of the middle tier. these guys are into sports, turning up etc.. mixed bag though
Phi Sig guy have somewhat slipped. I get the vibe they are someone stuck up and overly concerned with rankings. Beautiful house and still attract a good pc, but somewhat too self involved.
Guys in Sammy are really sweet, but don't necessarily fit the mold of your tradition frat bro.
(just my observation-- please correct me or add your own insights/ experiences with these houses and guys)

Really? I've found quite the opposite with Pike: a lot of well-meaning but dweeby guys who aren't really stereotypically "frat"
