There are so many cliques, what's the point of being in a house together if they don't like each other? Also, theta has the most girls deactivate out of the core 4.

Every girl wanted Theta during rush, beautiful house on west (though I hear it had a mold problem... yuk). Mix with top frats, girls tend to be diverse. Some party, some study. Heard they have a lot of intra pc drama.
