Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Cornell University - CU 4.2 PSS is one of my favorite sororities to mix with, they are SO hot and SO fun to hang out with, definitely one of the contenders to be a top tier sorority!

Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Cornell University - CU 2.6 Not a bad house to join. The physical house could use some work but the sisters do a good job of working what they have. I have a number of friends in this house and they're all great.

Obviously they won't break into upper tier, that's just not how things work. Agree they've got the potential to make it to the bottom of the middle tier if they do really well, though.
